Become a sponsor and help us bring back the magic in a big way again this year! If you’ve never participated in a Tree’s of HOPE event, you are in for a very special experience. Businesses, civic groups, decorators, designers, and artists throughout the region will be working their magic with floor and tabletop trees that are then arranged to create a dazzling display for the community.

TREE DONATION GUIDELINES

  • Artificial trees ONLY
  • Accepting trees up to 9 feet tall
  • All trees must have sturdy tree stand
  • Lights on trees are encouraged
  • Please do not glue anything to the tree
  • Please do not hang or connect objects to the walls or ceiling
  • Gift Certificates: Place “ghost” (photocopied) certificates on the tree to insure against loss.  Give original certificates to the event coordinators on the day of setup so they may be secured
  • Tree sponsors will assemble their trees in a designated/assigned location at the event center on Friday, December 12 between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.  All trees must be ready for display by 7 pm
  • All trees and ornament boxes should be marked with your name and brought to setup. We will store these until the raffle on Sunday
  • Bring all supplies needed to set up your tree: scissors, tape, wire, step stool, etc.
  • All items on and around the tree will be given to the winner of your tree. Do not include any items you would like returned.
  • All decorated trees exhibited will be raffled on Sunday, December 14, shortly after 2 p
  • The doors close at 2:00 pm and the event staff will start raffling the trees at that time.

Neither Beth C. Wright Cancer Center or First National Bank can be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If you cannot do a tree, but want to participate. This year we are offering Beth’s Lights For HOPE! Celebrate, honor, and remember caregivers and those you love by purchasing a light for the center tree.
